Founder and Managing Director

Katrine has worked in career transition, career coaching and leadership development for more than 18 years, having coached more than 2000 people. Prior to starting her own business, Career Transform, she worked with Directioneering, DBM, AGSM and MBS providing expert individual career guidance, executive coaching and career coaching, helping people grow, change and succeed whilst maximizing productivity and motivation.
